This policy explains how DabiLabs handles your personal data when you join our waitlist or newsletter.
1. Who is responsible for your data
DabiLabs is a trading name of Davide Bardea Langarita, tax ID 45967960E, based in Spain. Contact: info@dabilabs.com
2. What data we collect
- Your email address (required).
- Your first name (optional).
- Technical data about your subscription: date and time, the IP address used to confirm it, and whether you open our emails or click their links.
3. Why we use it
- To send you the DabiLabs newsletter: launch news, free resources and occasional offers about our digital products.
- To measure which emails are opened and clicked, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the sign-up form and confirming your email (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by writing to info@dabilabs.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.
5. Who receives your data
- Mailrelay, our email marketing provider, which stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf as a data processor.
- Google Workspace, if you write to us by email.
These providers act only on our instructions under data processing agreements. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards approved by the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we may keep a minimal record of your consent and unsubscription, blocked, for as long as needed to handle possible legal claims.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@dabilabs.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Children
Our newsletter is not intended for anyone under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
We use reputable providers and keep access to the list limited to DabiLabs.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
